License Server Deprecation Notice:

Due to the age of our legacy licensing servers, we need to shut them down on December 31st, 2023. To ensure uninterrupted service, you will need to enable DNS. The above versions of Wowza Media Server and Wowza Streaming Engine will only be impacted if the server does not already have DNS available.

If you do not have DNS and cannot add it to the server, you can map your hosts file with the following:

  • 52.203.165.12 wowzalicense1.wowzamedia.com

  • 3.219.52.15 wowzalicense2.wowzamedia.com

See instructions for mapping your host files here

If you need help with enabling DNS or have any questions about this update, our technical support team is here to help. Please contact at sales@pledo.co
