Most of the changes are with Wowza Streaming Engine. Those include perpetual license fees, annual M&S renewals, and annual subscription fees. Wowza still maintains very competitive pricing for on-premise software. In fact, many vendors do not even offer on-premise software so use that to your advantage.
Where possible, we still highly recommend Wowza Video for platform builders based on the many benefits. The integration and breadth of features make this a strong offering compared to multi-component architectures. Whether turnkey or Engine with Video, you can capture more revenue by adding Wowza Video to your offer. Customers usually pay someone for CDN, player, CMS/VOD, and analytics so they might as well source from you. That includes the regular HLS deployments or our Real-Time Streaming @ Scale. As of now, the pricing for these solutions has not changed. However, there are only two entry level packages reflected on the second tab; everything else is custom configured and quoted.
